Temporary suspension of DHL Global Mail shipments to the EU from 24th June.
Due to the temporary suspension of DHL Global Mail shipments to the EU (whilst they implement a duty paid solution to comply
with new EU regulations from 1st July), all shipments to the EU after 23rd Jube will revert to Royal Mail.
A valid phone number is required (by Royal Mail, not us). Without this, we cannot ship and your order will be delayed.
Shipments to other international destinations will continue to be via DHL Global Mail.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 which has allowed us to reduce our standard postage charge by £1.

Otherwise, we offer VAT free sales for all orders from outside the UK. VAT free prices should be shown if you are registered and logged in, or at the final checkout page when your shipping address is known. You may still be liable for import taxes and duties in your own country.
All overseas orders will be sent via a tracked service. Tracking information will normally be included in your shipment advice e-mail, otherwise please contact us for tracking information.
Orders to the USA will include the 10% tariff, rather than UK VAT. This is paid by us to Royal Mail who then pass it on to the appropriate authorities.
