Delivery Information

Following our recent relocation, our local post office only opens for a few hours per week, on Tuesday and Thursday. These will be our main posting days, so please try to order at least 24 hours ahead of these days.

We will endevour to post on other days, dependent upon the volume of orders.

UK orders are normally delivered using the Royal Mail First Class post.

Overseas orders are normally delivered using Royal Mail Airmail.

In all cases the Company reserves the right to wait up to 28 days from despatch before considering replacement of  Goods deemed to be lost.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, destination and shipping method. The Company reserves the right to levy additional delivery charges for any reason. Customers will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order if such additional charges are to be levied.

We endevour to recycle packaging materials to do our bit to protect the environment. Please do not be upset if we use recycled materials for your parcel.

On-line orders will be delivered to the Customer's PayPal registered address, which should be the same address as used when registering on our website.
